It\\\’s kinda late to tell the story but I\\\’ll give it a shoot.
Back in January this year, I was just finished my final project and proceed for administration step for graduation while the other friend of mine seemed pretty busy to find a job after they were graduated. So, in conclusion, we\\\’re still trapped in a Limbo state. A little bit bored, we decided to go out of the city. Temanggung seems great and there is a friend who lives there so we could stay for a night, going to local tourist attraction and heading back to Jogja without any stupid side plan. Everyone\\\’s happy!
Using a motorcycle, we headed to Temanggung, 80 Km apart from Yogyakarta. Near Magelang, Basuki got flat tire so we\\\’re slightly left behind from the other but we\\\’re met again in Magelang. After that the everything was perfect. It took about 3 or 4 hours to get Temanggung.
Arrived in the city, we\\\’re off to Faldy\\\’s house. The view for his house was gorgeous with the scenery right into Mount Sumbing and Sindoro. The weather was nice and refreshing.
In the night we\\\’re heading to alun-alun and end up in angkringan. Having a coffee and telling a joke, of course with a story how hard finding a job really are 😛
In the next morning before dawn, we\\\’re headed to Posong to enjoy the sunrise. The distance is not far from the city center but the main trouble lays when we have to go up the hill with our motorcycles with the rocky trail. But after we reach the point, the struggle paid off.
At Posong, we enjoy the local coffee because Posong is famous for the coffee bean fields and a couple pieces of tempe mendoan. As usual, we took a ton of photo of course. I have to admit, the view was stunning.
Heading back to Faldy\\\’s house, we realize that we had to back to Jogja but someone came up with a stupid idea, \\\”What if we continue our trip to Roni\\\’s house in Batang\\\”. Yeah, I kinda love stupid Idea but after a short discussion, we decided to improvise and continue our trip to Batang, around 90 Km from Temanggung. It\\\’s pretty far right?
In Batang we stayed for I don\\\’t know, 2 night if I may recall, I nearly forget. It\\\’s great pleasure to stopping by there if I can say that. In Batang we visit a few places including the nearest waterfall, I don\\\’t know what is the name.
After we had enough in Batang, we heading back to Jogja.
Let\\\’s say, having fun when you live in Jogja is quite easy even when you are on a tight budget. I miss that.
